Scanmatic has delivered Control, regulation and monitoring to several major transport projects in Norway. With this we have gained good confidence as a supplier of robust automation systems to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and now also recently Nye Veier AS. We manufacture control cabinets and supply, among other networks, emergency telephony, AID, ITV and PLC that control and monitor the entire plant. We are also happy to contribute during the design phase. Typical Control, regulation and monitoring deliveries usually consist of the following:

Technology
Scanmatic uses well-known brands and of the shelves products of good quality for equipment included in Control, regulation and monitoring delivey. There are many systems that will cooperate in a typical delivery. These include IP telephony, PLS signals, radar or camera AID, ITV, boom control, emergency control panels and so on. In order for all this to be handled in a sensible way, most of the data traffic is presented over an OPC interface, which in turn is presented at the Road Traffic Control Center (VTS).
