Volue Industrial IoT becomes Scanmatic

When we created Volue in 2020 Scanmatic was rebranded to Volue Industrial IoT and integrated into the common operational model of Volue ASA.

3 years as an integrated part of Volue have brought great value in terms of strategic development and organizational streamlining. However, we have also seen challenges in being the only HW oriented division in the Volue organization.

Strategic considerations this fall have concluded that untapped potential for our customers and business is better pursued as an autonomous subsidiary, rather than a heavily integrated part of Volue.

From 01.01.2024 Volue Industrial IoT will therefore be rebranded back to Scanmatic

For our customers and stake holders this will mean:

• The company will change name to Scanmatic AS
• In Sweden the company name will change from Volue Insitu AB to Scanmatic Sverige AB
• Company ID and other registrations will remain the same
• The company’s web site will be www.scanmatic.com
• All our highly skilled employees will remain in their current positions and functions
• All email addresses will change from @volue.com to @scanmatic.com
• For locations, postal addresses, bank accounts, etc, only change is the company name
• Ownership remains unchanged. The company will still be a fully owned subsidiary of Volue ASA
